Terms of use
Applies to the current Planner registration flow at /dang-ky. Policy version: planner-2026-10-12-18months-v1.
1. Planner plan scope
Nari Wedding Planner is a digital product for one couple and one wedding. It includes two separate accounts sharing one data space. Accounts, data and access may not be transferred, resold or reused to plan another wedding.
2. Payment and activation
Pay using the order’s QR code and exact transfer reference. When SePay confirms receipt, Planner is ready for you to create a password. A confirmation email is sent to your registered address; check your spam or junk folder if it is missing.
3. Current access term
New Planner orders under this policy include 18 months of editing from the system’s confirmation of payment or a valid gift, not from password creation, and the wedding date does not shorten that term. Changing the wedding date does not reset the term. This is followed by 30 working days for viewing and downloading data only, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and official days off. If the official calendar does not yet cover that period, the view-only expiry is marked as awaiting the calendar; viewing access is not blocked and data is not deleted because the calendar is missing. Once the calendar is available, the view-only expiry is calculated from the editing expiry and confirmed in the account. Waiting for the calendar does not extend editing access. Orders under previous policies retain their granted rights and are not automatically moved to this policy.
4. Account security
Each user is responsible for keeping their password private and not sharing activation links or sign-in details. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact Nari immediately for help securing and recovering your account.
5. Data and privacy
Budget, guest, vendor and wedding-plan data are used only to operate the couple’s Planner. Nari handles registration information according to the Nari Wedding Studio privacy policy.
6. Support
Send your order reference, registered email and a description of the issue via hotline/Zalo 0911 686 611 or naribabystudio@gmail.com. Never send passwords, OTPs or private sign-in links. Response, resolution and refund times are stated in the support and refund policy attached to your order.
7. Recording consent
Customers explicitly accept the terms and support policy before creating an order. The system records the policy version, content and consent time for each order for reference; the saved copy is not replaced by this page’s content at another point in time.
